Warmcoat Anti-Condensation & Energy Saving Emulsion is an acrylic-based finish formulated for the interior walls and ceilings where an anti-condensation, washable surface finish of the highest quality is required. It is an energy-saving paint that also gives the surface long lasting protection from condensation. The coating will also bridge minor surface imperfections and give outstanding durability.
Why Does Condensation Occur?
Condensation occurs when the warm air in a room is attracted to a cool wall or ceiling, causing water droplets to form on the surface and condensation to build up. This can also cause discolouration, staining, peeling wallpaper, blistering paint and mould growth. In severe cases this can also contribute to health problems related with damp living conditions.
Warmcoat Anti-Condensation & Energy Saving Emulsion is suitable for use on walls and interior woodwork, in areas which are subject to heavy traffic, for example corridors in schools, factories, offices and public service buildings. It is also strongly recommended for use in areas that are open to moisture and humidity, for example kitchens and bathrooms.

You can see the condensation that has formed upon the surface on the right hand section. You will also see there is no condensation where Warmcoat Anti-Condensation & Energy Saving Emulsion painted section.
